Where is your facility located?
Our facility is located at 3112 W 27th Ave in Kennewick, WA (99337). We’re right across the street from the Canyon Lakes subdivision.
When is your office open?
Our office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We’re also available by appointment on Saturdays.
When are your access hours?
You can access your storage unit from 6:00 am until 9:00 pm, any day of the week.
What do you do to keep your facility secure?
Our property is fenced and gated, equipped with security cameras, and features individual door alarms on every storage unit. Additionally, our resident manager lives onsite at the facility to keep an eye on things.
What is temperature control?
Temperature control keeps your storage unit at a stable temperature so you can avoid damages caused by weather fluctuations. This helps you keep your items from being affected by mold, cracking, fading, warping, and melting.
